Each residency follows a deliberate structure. Not rigid—adapted to chef, space, and season—but considered in every detail.
Definition
A residency is a single evening in which an acclaimed chef takes temporary residence in a private venue to create a multi-course dinner for an invited group of guests.
The chef determines the menu, the rhythm, and the narrative of the evening. The venue shapes the atmosphere and the scale. The guests—selected in advance— become temporary companions for three to four hours of shared experience.
There are no photographs during service. No social media. No documentation beyond our private archive. The evening exists only for those present, and in their memory afterward.
Timeline
Guests arrive at the venue. A welcome drink. Introductions. The space reveals itself.
Dinner begins. The chef introduces themselves and the evening's direction.
Courses unfold at the chef's pace. Wine pairings accompany. Conversation builds.
Final course, final remarks. The chef takes questions if they choose.
Guests leave as they arrived—no photographs, no social posts, only memory.

Approved applicants join our roster. When a residency opens, we invite guests whose backgrounds and interests complement the evening.
Receive your invitation with date, location (revealed 48 hours prior), and chef details. Confirm attendance and any dietary requirements.
Final location details arrive the morning of. Gather with fellow guests for a welcome reception before dinner begins.
A multi-course dinner unfolds over three to four hours. Wine pairings, chef introductions, and conversation between strangers becoming temporary intimates.

Current Phase
Because no residencies have occurred, there is no archive. This section will populate as Season One unfolds.
We are interviewing chefs, securing spaces, establishing processes. The work that precedes visibility.
Applications submitted during Season Zero join the founding roster with priority for inaugural events.
Investment
Residency pricing varies based on chef, venue, and menu complexity. Typical range: $350–$750 per guest, inclusive of all food and beverages.
We do not publish fixed prices because each residency is unique. When you receive an invitation, you'll see the specific cost for that evening. There is no obligation to attend any event you're invited to.
Pricing reflects the true cost of intimate, high-caliber hospitality: fewer guests means higher per-seat cost. This is a feature, not a bug.
The application takes approximately ten minutes. We read every submission personally.
