The hospitality industry rewards velocity. We are choosing friction. Every chef must align with our principles. Every space must earn its place in the program. Every guest must understand that attendance is participation, not consumption.
This season exists to establish standards that will outlast any single evening. When Season One begins, the infrastructure will be invisible. The experience will feel effortless. But nothing about its creation will have been easy.
