Expansion
We are continuously scouting venues across North America and Europe. The search requires patience—many beautiful spaces lack the infrastructure we require, and many equipped spaces lack character.
If you have access to a space that might qualify—a private residence, a decommissioned venue, an architectural landmark with kitchen capability— we welcome introductions.
Venue partners receive priority access to residencies held in their space.
Final venue details are shared 48 hours before each residency. Apply now to be considered for future evenings.
